My daughter and I drove 4.5hrs and decided on Madeline's for her Prom dress. We were not greeted professionally at all!! All heard was take a number and pick what you want. I totally understand that is was busy, however please give the young girls a chance when trying on there gowns! Its no wonder why some young girls have a complex. Guess it all depends on the day you arrive. I was so disappointed in the service my daughter received.
